No matter how long our loved ones are with us, death always brings pain and sorrow. The Bible calls death an enemy that will soon be brought to nothing, 1 Corinthians 15:26. Until that time, hold on to your precious memories and lean on family and friends for comfort. Also, lean on God for he gives us everlasting comfort and good hope to cope in the days ahead, 2 Thessalonians 2:16, 17. My deepest sympathy.
