It is with great sadness and heartbreak that the Winston family announces the passing of Tyger Nicholas Winston. Tyger was a beautiful soul who brought positive energy everywhere he went and was loved by so many.
Tyger was born January 14, 1999 in Houston, TX to LaTrisha Nikole Laws Winston and Tyrone Henry Winston, Sr. Tyger spent his early childhood in Texas and moved during the pinnacle years of his life to New York. Known for his stylish dress & creative fashion sense, fearlessness, music and larger than life personality, he touched many lives on this earth. Tyger was a proud graduate of Archibishop Stepinac High School in White Plains, NY and attended Gannon University in Erie, PA.
Tyger is preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents Andrew and Loyce Laws, Carl and Billie Jean Eatmon, paternal great grandparents Edward and Mary Louise Winston, great uncle Marc Laws, Sr. and his aunt Anneshia Le’Cole Laws Rittenhouse.
Tyger leaves to cherish precious memories with his maternal grandparents Andrew Lee Laws, Jr. (Floretta), Patricia McNair (Earnie) and paternal grandparents Paul Winston and Judy Winston.
He also leaves his faithful mother, LaTrisha “Nikki” Winston and two brothers whom he grew up with Tyrell Lee Winston and Tyler Henry Winston. He leaves behind his father Tyrone Henry Winston, Sr., through whom he loved and adored eight additional siblings Tyrone Henry Winston, Jr., Keonna Laron Winston, Tawfik Nabeeh Winston, Jayda Renee Winston, Tupac L. Winston, Jayden Royal Winston, Aniyah Michelle Winston and Jaylen Royce Winston and a host of family and friends.
The life of Tyger Nicholas Winston will be honored on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at Living Word Christian Church located at 1236 Mamaroneck Avenue, White Plains, NY 10605. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM, followed by the celebratory service, starting at 11:00 AM. Final arrangements have been entrusted to Harrison Funeral Home, Inc.
