Obituary for Peter DiGeronimo
Peter DiGeronimo of Carmel, NY, formerly of New York City passed away on October 14, 2022 at the age of 87. He was born on June 19, 1935 in Manhattan and raised in Brooklyn.
He met Rose Campagna in 1957 and they married on October 10, 1959. Peter spent his life working as a school foreman in Local 94 Firemen and Engineers Union. He had an impressive 35 years at Jane Addams High School. He enjoyed gardening, painting, and all types of woodworking.
Peter is predeceased by his parents, foster mother, five brothers and two sisters.
Peter is survived by his loving wife, Rosie DiGeronimo. He is also survived by his sister, Margaret Laurentino.
His beloved family including his children, Peter (Maria) DiGeronimo, Theresa (John) Esposito, Dina (Bob) McMahon, and Domenic (Jennifer) DiGeronimo. Peter also has ten beautiful grandchildren and one great grandchild.
He was a dedicated and hardworking man, who held a deep love for his family. He will be in our hearts and profoundly missed, always and forever.
