Peter F. Tumillo of Carmel, New York passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 12, 2022. Peter was born and raised in the Bronx and lived in Yonkers before moving to Carmel. He married the love of his life, Linda and together they shared a passion for music, dogs and for good food and wine. They dreamed of moving to Delaware and living near the beach upon retirement. Sadly, Linda pre-deceased Peter several years ago, a tragedy from which he never truly recovered. He enjoyed his motorcycles, Lionel trains and movies particularly mob and Hallmark Christmas movies. However, nothing made him happier than being with Linda. We take great comfort in knowing they are together again. Peter leaves behind his devoted brother, Frank and sister-in-law, Donna. He also leaves behind two loving nieces, his faithful companion, Paulie, as well as many dear friends. We will remember him always for his sense of humor, generosity and huge heart.
