Anna Frances Thomas passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on January 10, 2022., at Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, Pennsylvania. Born on January 17, 1936, to the late Edwin P. Moen Sr. and Anna V. Harriott (Moen) of Mamaroneck. In 1955 she married Adolph H. Thomas (d.1993).
A lifelong resident of Mamaroneck and parishioner of Holy Trinity Church. Anna was a sweet, beautiful warm dedicated to her family and loved by many. Devoted mother of five, loving grandmother and great grandmother. she loved to travel and spend time with her grandchildren. Anna is survived by four daughters Elizabeth Thomas-Frenc (Paul French), Mary Ellen Thomas (Douglas McCaskill), Diane Talarski (Donald Talarski), Ann Marie Morello (John Morello dec.) and a son Michael P. Thomas, eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. anna was predeceased by two brothers Edwin Moen Jr. and Peter Moen Sr., she also leaves two sisters Mary Jaqueline (Moen) Marciante and Deborah Moen of Mamaroneck, a sister-in-law Elizabeth Thomas of Nebraska along with many cousin's nieces and nephews.
