Obituary for Dayton M. Richardson
Dayton M. Richardson Jr. passed away on October 14, 2021, at the age of 65 in Carmel, New York.
Dayton M. Richardson Jr. is survived by his wife, Mary-Ellen Albano-Richardson, of 26 years; his daughter Alixandra Richardson, two sons Ross and Grant Richardson, and his two brothers, Daryl and Leo Richardson. He is preceded in death by his mother, Shirley and Dayton Richardson Sr.
Dayton Richardson Jr. was born in on October 14th, 1956 in Akron, Ohio to parent’s Shirley and Dayton Richardson Sr. He graduated from SUNY Oswego, with a bachelor’s degree in Public Justice, and the New York Institute of Technology, with a master’s degree in Labor Relations. He married Mary-Ellen Albano-Richardson in 1995 and the couple had three children together.
A wake service is scheduled from 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM on Sunday, October 16, at Balsamo-Cordovano Funeral Home, 15 Church Street, Carmel, NY (845) 225-2144. The funeral mass will follow at 11:30 AM on Monday, October 18th, at St. James the Apostle, located at 14 Gleneida Avenue, in Carmel New York.
There will be a private procession following the funeral service.
