Madeline Nigro passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at the age of 92.
She is predeceased by her husband Arthur (Sonny) Nigro, who passed away in 1979. Madeline is survived by her daughter Christine and daughter in law Diana, daughter Angela Sinto and son in law Mark, son Arthur and daughter in law Andrea and son Frank. She is also survived by granddaughter Sunny DiSiena and grandson in law Joseph, grandson Arthur, granddaughter Victoria, granddaughter Madeline and grandson Nicholas.
Madeline was born on July 31, 1929 in New York City, to Domenico Mirra and Angelina Derasmo Mirra. She graduated from high school and went to work as a bookkeeper for General Electric in NYC. Madeline and Sonny were married on September 5, 1951. She left her job in 1953 to start her family. Madeline lived in Harrison for the past 47 years.
