Condolence: I was so sad to hear of Joe's passing. I've known Joe since the day he joined UI, and we soon realized that we had both been at Syracuse University at the same time, though we had never met there. He was a great guy, very kind-hearted, and friendly. He would stop by my office whenever he was in the building to chat and he always brightened everyone's day. He will be sorely missed. My deepest condolences to his family.

Condolence: I am deeply saddened by the news of Joe's passing. I worked with Joe for the past 8 years at UI and saw him every day. He loved to tell stories, talk finances, was humble, and had a heart of gold. There was a childlike quality in his laughter - and he laughed at everything - which is what I will miss the most. He would go out of his way to help anyone. My heartfelt prayers go to Joe's family and friends. He was one of a kind!!

Condolence: I am so saddened by Joe’s sudden passing. Joe and I worked together at Corbin years ago and now at UI. He was very knowledgeable and always willing to share a story and a laugh. Joe, fly high and make some plans; I know you will keep busy-take some time to have fun too. The sky is the limit, Dolly

Condolence: I had the pleasure to work with Joey for years at the UI Co. He was a true friend, my buddy. He had an infectious laugh and we had many good times and discussions together. He was a wonderful man who never had an unkind word to say about anyone. So very sad for this loss of a lovely human being. RIP my friend, a little Angel now sitting on a star above looking down and watching over us. Honor to call him friend.
