Condolence From: Shirley Walker
Condolence: My condolences to the family. My connection with Denise is through our shared work organization, NYSOBBA. I have had the pleasure of knowing Denise for some time. She has always exhibited a kind and welcoming heart. She has shared some of the best recipes ever. She informed me of her struggle a few years back and we prayed together. She always remained in my thoughts. There are not enough words to describe how she touched so many people. RIP Denise!

Condolence From: Diane Rizzo Praino
Condolence: My deepest condolences and prayers to both the Valrosa and Albertelli Families. Denise and I grew up on Hunt Avenue in the “good old days” - 55 years or so ago. A lifetime of wonderful memories. We lost touch years ago, but through Facebook reconnected. The one thing I will always remember about Denise is her beautiful smile. Rest In Peace Denise. You will be missed by so many.

Condolence From: Maureen Spratley-Longo
Condolence: My heartfelt condolences to the Valrosa and Albertelli family. Denise was my classmate friend from Cardinal Spellman H.S. The Class of '71...We would see each other whenever I attended the Alumni Memorial Mass....I always knew I'd see her there because, unlike me, Denise always went. The last time I saw her there, she sat at the same table with me. Thanks, Denise, for your enduring friendship no matter how much time, distance and life kept us apart all these years. Because of the "Spellman Experience", I end with the words "Sequere Deum" and "Till we meet again". Love, Maureen Spratley-Longo
