Jane is the beloved daughter of Anthony & Franciszka Staniecki (from Horodenka, Poland) - twin brother Nicholas J Staniecki, husband Anthony S Prokopowicz Sr. Loving children Frances, Anthony Jr., Jane (dec'd), Thomas and Robert. Loving grand children Frank, Anthony III, Raymond, Nicholas, James Jr., Thomas, William, Christina and Christopher. Adored great grandchildren: Zach, Alex, Mckenzie, Kiera, Kylie, Avery, Gavin, Julian, Nicholas, Emily, Michael. A wake service will be held at Balsamo-Cordovano Funeral Home 15 Church St. Carmel, NY (845) BAL-2144 on Friday October 19,2018 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm . A Catholic Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday at St. James the Apostle RC Church at 10:30am.Burial to follow to Raymond Hill Cemetery Carmel NY.
